CANCELLATION POLICY

Our lenses are specially customized for you. Once the lenses get cut with your specific power and fitted to your desired frame, they cannot be used for anyone else. However, because we genuinely want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services, we have provided you with a simplified cancellation policy.

SUNGLASSES AND EYEGLASSES

  • Customer can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call specsview customer care 09351780074 or send an email to support@specsview.com to request for cancellation.
  • Cancellation would only be allowed till the time the product have not been dispatched from Specsview warehouse. Post-dispatch no cancellation is allowed.
  • We do not allow partial order cancellations. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

OFFERS SPECIFIC CANCELLATIONS 

In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&C page to known the specific cancellation rules of that particular offer.

UNETHICAL PURCHASE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Specsview will not be liable to pay any refund to the customer/s in case if any purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes. All such orders will be cancelled whatsoever.
  • Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, Specview reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by Specsview.

REFUND POLICY 

  • Complete refund process normally takes about 15-20 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.
  • In case payment is made through Cash on delivery or UPI option, the refund would take more than 30 days.
  • All the refund will be initiated in customer bank account whatsoever will be the payment method. Our Customer Care will get in touch with you to get your complete Bank Account Details for the transfer.
  • In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
  • If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; Specsview reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.
  • A charge of Rs 150 will be deducted in the process of refund or return.

CONTACT LENS

Contact Lens cannot be returned or refunded.

Return and refund cannot be processed if

  • The box packaging has been opened/tampered.
  • The box & the elements inside the box (lenses) are opened.
  • The lenses inside are unused but the box is opened.

WARRANTY OF SPECSVIEW PRODUCTS:

  • Up to One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on Specsview Sunglasses, Eyeglasses & Power Sunglasses. Only covers manufacturing defects.
  • The actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page.
  • Six months warranty is offered on Computer Glasses category.
  • No warranty is offered on Reading Glasses category.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • Under this warranty, defective/damaged lens coating will also be covered.
  • This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
  • This warranty is valid only when you buy through Specsview.com.
  • A product will only be replaced by Specsview on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.
  •  Specsview will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands.
  • Specsview will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
